At VaVoom Collective, each piece is made to order with care for quality, detail, and a premium finish. This Shipping Policy explains how order processing, shipping, delivery estimates, and shipping charges work for orders placed through our website.

1. Order processing

Most orders are made to order and require processing time before shipment.

We work quickly to begin processing your order after it is placed. Because many items are produced specifically for each customer, processing times may vary depending on the item, order volume, production capacity, and seasonal demand.

Once an order enters production, it may no longer be canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

2. Shipping destinations

We primarily serve customers in the United States.

Shipping availability to other destinations, if offered, may vary by product, carrier availability, customs requirements, and delivery region.

3. Shipping rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.

For eligible U.S. orders, we may offer a flat-rate shipping option. Any shipping promotions, including free shipping offers, will be shown at checkout or otherwise stated on our website.

Shipping charges do not include taxes, duties, customs fees, or similar charges unless expressly stated.

4. Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Because our products are made to order, total delivery time includes both:

  • processing/production time, and

  • shipping/transit time

Most U.S. orders typically arrive within 1 to 2 weeks after production, though some items may take longer depending on the product, destination, carrier delays, weather, peak periods, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

If your order contains multiple items, items may arrive separately and on different dates.

5. Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

It may take a short period for tracking updates to appear after a tracking number is issued.

6. Split shipments

Some orders may ship in separate packages.

This can happen when items are produced or fulfilled from different locations, when items have different processing timelines, or when part of an order is ready before the rest. If your order ships separately, you may receive multiple shipment confirmations or tracking updates.

7. Shipping delays

While we do our best to help ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • carrier delays

  • weather events

  • customs processing

  • peak season volume

  • supply chain disruptions

  • incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

  • failed delivery attempts

  • loss, theft, or delays after a package has been transferred to the carrier

Delivery dates are estimates and should not be treated as guaranteed arrival dates.

8. Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address is provided, this may result in delays, returned packages, additional shipping charges, or failed delivery. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to customer-provided address errors.

If you notice a mistake in your shipping details, contact us immediately at support@vavoomcollective.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order is placed.

9. Lost, delayed, or marked-delivered packages

If your package appears lost, is significantly delayed, or is marked as delivered but not received, contact us at support@vavoomcollective.com as soon as possible.

We may ask you to provide:

  • your order number

  • shipping details

  • tracking information

  • any other information reasonably needed to review the issue

We will review the matter and determine whether a replacement, store credit, refund, or other resolution is appropriate under the circumstances.

10. Customs, duties, and import charges

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges unless otherwise stated.

Customs processing may delay delivery and is outside our control.

11. Delivery completion and risk of loss

Risk of loss and title to products pass to the customer upon transfer of the shipment to the carrier, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Free shipping offers

If we offer free shipping, it may be limited by order value, destination, product eligibility, promotional period, or other conditions stated at the time of the offer.

We reserve the right to modify or end free shipping promotions at any time.

13. Returns and shipping charges

Return shipping costs are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error, original shipping charges are not refundable.
